ART110

The ART110 is a Rear Transition Module (RTM) that brings expandability to the host board. The ART110 has single GbE L2 switch fabrics with XAUI interfaces to the host. This design allows complete isolation between the two XAUI ports by configuring the ports into their appropriate VLAN. The GbE switch has management such as port trunking, mirroring, VLAN, etc. which is configured via the management serial port, the shelf manager or the host IPMI controller (assuming the host IPMI controller has OEM command capability). 

The module hosts a total of 12 SFP cages; providing the flexibility of using any combination of fiber or copper.

The ART110 further routes the host 10/100/1000 GbE port as well as the host RS-232 to RJ-45’s for ease of access.
